On A Rainy Day....

NOT AGAIN!

Your eyes aren't playing tricks on you.... yet another fire... this time, on a rainy day....

Close enough to enjoy the smell of smog. THAT'S how close the fire was. Funny thing was, I didn't know there WAS a fire until Angie called to tell me...

Oh well, the SES closed off the roads leading to my housing estate. Should be alright by now....... It rained heaps through yesterday and last night.

I'm only into my third day of my new job and I am mentally exhausted! Very steep learning curve too which comes with the territory I guess. I have never worn watches to work... and I mean never.... and now, I feel I have to constantly look at the time cos it's meetings and deadlines and papers to read, documents to review.... how, oh how do I manage my time???? Of only I have a little pocket secretary who taps me on the shoulder to tell me like, 15mins in advance that I'm going to be late for a meeting! Help! Anyone! Using my mobile phone and a clunky digital watch with alarm functions are not options!

Only Bryan Can Do This

I kid you not, this pair of shoes only lasted 13days

Shoes don't last long with Bryan. This is his...third pair of shoes within a term... and the term's just ended. Either Bryan's a destroyer of shoes or they aren't making shoes how they used to anymore. I'm keeping track of his path of destruction. 

Easter Sweet Treats!

This is what one bored dad and 2 bored kids did while I was away at work this morning.

You can't really see it but there is a little treat in each of them.... a Cadbury easter egg in each and every of them! All I had was one and I jelak already!
