Bryan's Commitment Mass

My boy's growing up! He will receive his first Holy Communion in a couple of months.

 Here's him on his Commitment Mass. He stuck out like a sore thumb standing in between those 2 boys... But he behaved so well! He got up promptly when his name was called, shook Father's hand, took his cert, found the next spot in line, put up his cert and smiled into the cameras! Mummy's proud of you!

Its so refreshing getting out of the house once in a while and really share a couple of hours with awesome friends over a delicious meal and dessert. Oh the goss and the jokes!!!! A sailor would blush!

My Favourite Achar! Malaysian Style!

Mom spent the whole day in the kitchen... washing the vege, scrubbing the vege, cutting them up, cutting up the chilli, blending the chilli, cooking the sauce, pan roasted the peanuts and sesame seeds and voila! Achar! All in all, she spent 9 hours in total, in the kitchen! Poor thing. Oh for the love for her children..... I am so lucky!
