21 January 2015 ~ Penguin Island

You can either take the ferry ..............

or walk on the sandbar but unfortunately they wouldn't allow it....

Hobson's choice

They insist..... Big Brother was watching

Looking out for what to expect when we get there.

Waiting for the ferry from Shoalwater Bay.

It's comin'!

Our cheeky skipper whose name I forget, did a few stomach-churning, toss-you-out-of-the-seat bumps during the ride which was really fun.

See the white splatter on the on the jetty? That ain't white paint!

Very contradicting philosophy compared to the hospital.

Aren't they cute?

Penguin feeding

Very interesting and sustaining concept. Visually appealing AND olfactorily pleasant, surprisingly!

Waiting for the glass-bottom boat for our cruise

Actually there's only 1 camel formation, I just took too many shots of it.

Windsurfing dude

This slimey critter, a foot long, was sitting next to us at the picnic table. Wouldn't go away.

Bryan found his natural habitat.

Mom loved the walk in the shallow waters.

Guess who's.

When we left the island, the tide was low and you can see the sandbar, but they still didn't allow us to walk across.
