The family minus Bryan still loves a nice hot bowl of soup during wintery nights. We were given this insulated pot years ago by Alison and only recently, I've started to use it.... and you know what? I used to balk at using it cos it just seems illogical how one can boil soup without flame or electricity. So, wanting to prove myself right, I put that metallic little family pleaser to the test & it made the most beautiful herbal soup! I have no idea how it does it and I'm kicking myself now, asking myself why I didn't use it earlier.
