I would like to think I looked like that last night.... But I think I looked more like this.......
I started Zumba years ago but without a set roster, that meant I couldn't attend every session. Anyway, people there seem to know what the hell they were doing. I was more "Monica" than I was "Rachael".... If only I could "Phoebe" and then just have fun! So finally, I gave up... till yesterday. Bokwa started months ago and only yesterday, a few colleagues and I mustered the courage to go. The others there, I swear to you, were in their 20s and the most, 30s. I felt old... honestly.
And don't get started on my knees... They hurt like hell......I'm glad I work in Rehab.....
